The Results of Being Honest & Passionate

I’ve left this excerpt of an earlier conversation broken into pieces because it was a text message and I think presents best this way for impact.

Except, well, you’ve never been a four in your life. 

Not to mention you’re a 10 in my book

and my scale only goes to 9.

Not saying there isn’t technology 

or that one can’t be much more attractive in person, 

not being photogenic myself.

But I’ll happily deck the first person to call you a four to my face who isn’t you.

Just because you don’t fit the crap they put in magazines, 

some of whom don’t hold a candle to you, 

(I know, I’ve spent plenty of time looking at models 

over the last two years and saw all the submissions for our new swimsuit models),
doesn’t mean you aren’t a 10. It’s not even a fair comparison.

Your beauty is real. Tangible. Vital. 

I doubt you could convince me any model is above a 9. 

10 is  beauty beyond skin and smiles.

What I said may have been passionate, but it was honest. 

All of it. No matter how outside my normal frame of being some of my words were.
