yup its my pops

looking much better then he did last year when he was in the hospital!

steroids bloated him till he looked like a toad!  but now hes all better WOOT and got rid of the extra roid weight and then some  since hes sticking to his diet the doc gave him.

how long he will is anyones guess but hopefully he wont be so stubborn about it anymore.  he stopped taking his insulin for a while ‘because it made him sick’ 

*sigh*  men are like babies  when it comes to stuff like that! even my own father. sheesh
