This is getting real…

Ok, this move is getting very real, very quickly. I’m calling a realtor today about putting an offer in on a house.

3br, 1ba, full walk-out basement, hardwood & new carpeted floors, .3 Acre, back deck, storage shed, freshly paved driveway

I haven’t seen it, but Danny has. I’ve seen pictures, and it looks nice, and he says it is.

They’re asking $82,500.

All the appliances (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, washer, dryer) stay. The kitchen needs updating, but will be fine for now.

This is just all so surreal! I’m so excited, but scared as hell too! *breathe* It’ll all be fine!
