Boring Update

Things are just pretty boring right now. Working and spending time with my cats is what it’s all about these days!

Danny was here weekend before last. He actually arrived on Wednesday the 12th & left on Monday the 17th. We had such a great time while we were together. It was just so nice to be around him again. We did alot of talking about things. It’s awesome to hear someone say the same things about our relationship that I am thinking. This is right, I know it is.

I’ll see him again in May when I go to VA. That’s when we’re gonna get the ball rolling on our house.  I’ve been checking out lots of houses on realtor.com. I figure that’s a good place to start looking. I’m trying to familiarize myself with the area and find a central location to where we’ll both be working. I’m getting excited!

Work is work. That’s all I can say. There are actually some good positions opening up right now that I’d have died to have a year ago. But since I’m leaving in 3 months (3 months!!), I’ve taken myself out of consideration so someone else will have the chance. And I’ve passed the leadership assessment, so if I want to I can apply for a management position when I move. We shall see. I’d just be happy with anything full-time for right now. That has got to be one of the best things about my job: I can go just about anywhere and have a job! The company’s always been good to me, I can’t complain.

Wow, now that I’ve written it all out it really is boring! No wonder I haven’t made many friends after being on this site for 6 years! LoL
