Arthur Bruce C. passed away this morning at 4:18. He stayed with us longer than anyone expected. I am sad for myself, but I am relieved for him. Thanks everyone for your kind works on my last entry. Sorry I haven’t replied. They do mean a lot to me!

My mom and dad plan on driving up this way Saturday, staying a night here, then we’re heading to Ohio on Sunday. My uncle’s wife doesn’t understand why my mom wants to come up. My grandfather is being cremated, and there will be no viewing or funeral. My mom wants to go to be with her brother, basically the only family she has left now. Well, besides us! I don’t know, my uncle’s wife is acting all weird about it though. Acting almost like she has something to hide. She’s been very smug the last few weeks because my grandfather bonded with her. Well, so she says. My mom just wants to spend time with her family, her brother, time to grieve. She wasn’t there when he passed, I don’t think Debbie has any right to question why mom wants to be there now. Her father just died for god’s sake…

I just hope this doesn’t start any family drama. We already have P-lenty of that!

I said outloud, before getting to the part where you said, “isnt that her dad?” — why should it matter that she goes? Thats weird that your uncles wife is being strange about such a thing. Its such a hard thing on a family when someone passes, your family and YOU are in my thoughts… I hope you guys can all find the strength to stick together, and make it through. <3

I’m sorry for your loss, and I hope for no drama.

RYN: I don’t really know anyone that would be willing to teach me. Roy is a car guy but he’s all “just bring it to me”.

RYN: yes that is a bright side that I remind myself of, most of our stuff is safe, nothing was damaged. It’s just a lot of work on very little sleep. I’m irritated that besides fixing the pump issues that no one has helped me do anything. I may live down here but I don’t own the place, you’d think Ken would want to help more since it’s his house.
