5/27/07

I woke up at 6am with a searing pain in my neck. I had turned the wrong way in my sleep and twisted the muscle. It hurt soooo bad I almost cried. After holding my hand in the spot for a few moments I was able to lay back down and get it to relax. But I was up for the day from that point on.

Mom decided she was going to work on the floor in the hallway today. I think she’s regretting that decision: my father is conscious. LoL He’s being such a pain in the arse, it’s not funny. And if he’s working on it I refuse to help too much. I know If I do there will be a huge fight and we’ll end up screaming at each other. I’ll help out if I’m asked, but that’s it.

I can not wait to get the hell out of here, plain & simple. I’m willing to put myself in debt in order to save my sanity.

Yesterday was a good day though. I’ve been talking to this guy off & on for the last week or so. Yesterday we talked for 3 or 4 hours straight! It was nice. He made me laugh so hard! He’s a dork like I am. I think he’ll end up being a good friend.

And… I only have a 4 day work week this week! Yippee! I have Thursday off so I can be ready & rested for my flight on Friday! I’m going to St. Louis to see my good friend Monica. She & I have been friends since I was 6 & she was 8! How awesome is that? LoL I’ve never been west of the Mississippi before, so this is a first for me. And I miss flying soooo much. I’m still debating on renting a car while I’m there or just having her pick me up. Either way I’m sure it’ll be a great trip!

I’ve really been trying to update more often, but this last week I just didn’t feel like I had anything to write about. I need to open up more, I know. But I’m afraid of just writing to whine & complain. I dunno…

I’m heading out to find some lunch…
