dressing up.

oh yes. i spent today, and probably will spend most of tomorrow and thursday dress hunting. i’ve been asked to a wedding. my date is wearing a tux and tails and has informed me that i have to look hot but cannot be a "dyke in a dress" (which is really sad because i had that covered 100%!).

my thoughts:
i hate malls
i hate dresses
i hate ‘fitting rooms’
i HATE money

it seems that you can’t look hot for christmas for less than $200. and that’s a pile of shit. also, it seems that, even if you could find something almost within a budget, it absolutly has to be black. really, i’m not a fan of black. i like to stand out.

so, since i can’t be a dyke in a dress, i think i’m going with hippie dyke in a dress, considering there were no specifics.
