Same time next year…

can’t believe it was a year ago I last wrote here!

work consumed me through January. recovering from the long work project consumed me through May, along with some home renovations to make room for two. cycling, geek-style with power meters and heart-rate monitors, and watching the Tour consumed me so far this summer.

coming out of a long stretch in pretty good shape.
