Quantum Quotes
It’s that glimpse of knowing something before you could know it.
(That recognition just before the phone rings in your hand as you reach to call who’s calling.)
It’s not matter, not energy, it’s the solidifying of reality from a dreamy pool of potential; a wax river running itself solid from a tilted candle.

“One day Alice came to a fork in the road
and saw a Cheshire cat in a tree.
‘Which road do I take?’ she asked.
His response was a question:
‘Where do you want to go?’
‘I don’t know,’ Alice answered.
‘Then,’ said the cat, ‘it doesn’t matter.'”
-Lewis Carroll (1832-1898, author and mathematician)Reading quantum theory books again. Understanding them
on a deeper level this (third, fourth?) time, and seeing related wisdom
in other works, especially poetry.
It makes sense, since metaphorical logic
is the pattern on which nature is built.
Metaphorical logic is based on relationships,
not on true/false notions or categories and subsets.
It is the in-between, the potential wave-form
yet to collapse into matter, the stuff beyond matter,
before matter exists, but the stuff that all matter is built upon.
We can’t exactly map it.
We can only experience it.

“As far as the laws of mathematics refer to reality, they are not certain;
and as far as they are certain, they do not refer to reality.”
-Albert Einstein US (German-born) physicist (1879 – 1955)
“All our concepts are approximations.”
-Geoffrey Chew (Modern Physicist- Bootstrap theory originator)
“God is the sum of all possibilities.”
-Isaac Bashevis Singer, Polish-born American Nobel Prize-winning author (1904-1991)
Yummy! So little you did say, but it all, in it’s vagueness, is words for thought. Thank you. ((Would you mind putting up a list of these re-readable books?))
