Stupid Quotes

Have you ever been reading along, say a newspaper article, and something is worded so badly you have to just stop and say how unfortunate but then wonder if they meant it as a sort of double entendre?

It happened to me today with the following quote in an article about Hooters restaurants:

"Critics are concerned that the restaurants’ scantily clad servers don’t fit the image the city seeks to project in its Big Beaver commercial district. Fleming said officials are trying to make the area a "world-class corridor."
