If you could pick one artistic talent to excel at.

If you could pick one artistic talent to excel at, what would it be?

I would LOVE to have the ability to excel at painting, or drawing even.
to have the ability to draw out my emotions, put it onto a blank canvas, and for it to tell a story.
MY story. for others to view.
and its not like writing, because anyone with a story to tell can write, like we here on OD, we are authors, we tell our stories, and people cannot sit and created their own stories to replace ours.

With a painting, or a drawing, You can paint/draw anything you like in which you feel, as the artist, it portrays your emotions.
A stranger will come along, see your art, and perceive it into whatever their imaginations want it to be.
ONE drawing. or painting, can tell a hundred or more different stories. and each one has its own originality, each one has its own emotion, each one has its own artist, the art of your individual imagination.
With one painting… Anyone can be the author.
I think that’s what’s so magical about it, I think that’s what draws me to it, as I know I can spill my life story onto a blank canvas, turn it into a work of art, for others to look upon, and turn into their own life story.
I would like to be able to excel as an Artist.
