I’ve Moved On

I am finally all up to date on the Dark Hunter series.  I’m kind of glad.  As much as I like the series, I do think that I was beginning to be a bit burned out on it.  HOWEVER, I am highly looking forward to Ash’s book.  It shall be amazing I’m sure.

So now I have moved on to the next series that my co-workers have recommended.  I’ll be delving into the first book of the Black Dagger Brotherhood (also my 17th book of the year).

Rosie seems to think that this book is just as good as a Dark Hunter book if not better.  I’ll be checking it out tonight for sure.  Jacob has class until 9:30, so I’ll be at home chillin’ with the dog and watching the last few days of cable that I have until they come and disconnect that.

Have I ever mentioned how much being an adult sucks?  LOL  You seriously don’t realize how good you have it until you are out on your own and paying your own bills.  BLEH!  I just can’t wait until this month is over so that we can finally start to get caught up on shit.  It is going to be nice to not have to worry about bills anymore once we are finally caught up again.

I don’t think I mentioned that I got a text message from Becca the other night saying that her dad isn’t doing so good.  It seemed at the time that he was on his last leg, but as of the latest update he is stable.  BUT not out of the woods yet.  Guess we’ll have to see.  I hope he pulls through.

Our bank account is fucked up right now.  I’ll just leave it at that.  Sad thing is it was something that was totally avoidable and our own damn fault.  Once again… BLEH!

I’m sure that most people have heard about it, but seriously what the hell is up with the attack of the killer 3rd graders in Georgia?  Where the fuck do kids come up with this shit.  I mean seriously??  Sounds to me like these kids need a serious ass whoopin’ THEN need to be under strict supervision as to what they are doing in the spare time.  I know when I was that age, there was no way that I would have ever even imagined something like what those little monsters were planning to do to their teacher.  What the hell is our world coming to?  So sad!
