11:30

That is the time that it is right now as I start this entry.  Guess what… there is, at this point, absolutely nothing to do that is work related.  Everything is caught up for the day.  What does that mean?  It means that for the next 6 and one half hours I am going to be sitting at my desk either staring mindlessly at the computer screen with nothing to really do, or finishing off this book:

I’m almost finished with it, so more than likely it will end up being a little bit of both.

I just registered to be a contestant on Wheel of Fortune.  LMAO  For whatever reason, Jacob and I watch that show religiously.  I must say that I kick ass at Wheel of Fortune, and if ever given the chance, I do think that I would be a great contestant!  In fact, I would be a great contestant on most game shows.  Hey… maybe that’s how I can spend my day.  Applying to be on gameshows.  LOL

So the Nebraska trip is less than two weeks away now.  Still don’t have our tickets.  LOL  I’ll be getting them on Tuesday, and hope and pray that I don’t have to sell my soul to be able to afford them.

Jacob and I made an amazingly delicious vegetable pizza last night.  It was so so SO good.  I just took  a couple of rolls of Pilsbury round crescents and rolled them out on my Pamper Chef cooking stone.  Baked that for about 12 minutes, and then when it was finished spread dill vegetable dip across the crust.  Jacob cut up all the vegetables which consisted of cucumbers, fresh broccoli, green onions, tomatos, and celantro.  O.M.G.  IT WAS SO DAMN GOOD!!!  The crust didn’t bake up all that "pretty", but once we got everything on the pizza it looked so tasty.  I even took a picture of it.  LOL  I’ll have to post it some time when I get the picture uploaded or on a disc.

Jacob is going to his aunt’s house on Friday after work.  He is going to be helping her out with some landscaping stuff on Saturday that she’ll be paying him for.  That’s good because Lord knows we need all the extra money we can get right now.

So with him being gone for a day and a half, I’ll be able to conserve some of the groceries that we bought last night.  LOL  The man eats like no tomorrow.  But what can ya do?  He works his ass off all day at landscaping, and then has boxing in the afternoons.  He’s gonna have to eat to be able to keep going.  Needless to say… with him being gone, that will make the $109 worth of groceries got last a little bit longer.

That shall do with the ramblings I believe.  I’m off to my reading now.

Good day!
