10 Minutes…

…until I am off work for the next week.  Woo hoo!!!!  I’m so happy to not have to work for the next 7 days!

We are already checked in for our flights tomorrow morning, and have our boarding passes.  We just need to get there so that we can check our luggage and make it through security check.  Everything seems to be all set.  We may go and get an extra payday advance to make sure we have some extra cash if needed.  We aren’t exactly going on this trip with our pockets lined with green.

Everything is all set up for Shannon to take care of the dog.  Yeah… you read that right.  Shannon as in the girl that I cussed out at work awhile back.  LMAO  She is going to stay at our place and take care of ChaCha for the next week.  *sigh*  Much to my chagrin, we didn’t have many options for caretakers, so she offered and I took.  I guess if she’s good for anything, it’s at least to take care of the dog.  LOL  Oh… and I found out she was talking smack to Keri the other day about me.  Long story short… Keri had my back and not hers and in not so many words told her to grow up and that if she didn’t agree with the way that the office was managed that she should find a new job.  HA HA HA!  She was trying to get away with some shit that she had no justification for.  I don’t really have the time to get into it right now.  Maybe when I get back.

So we get into Omaha tomorrow afternoon at 2:05.  We are staying at Ami’s tomorrow night to hang out, and then I’m gonna have Mom come down and meet us somewhere on Wednesday so that we don’t have to wait until way late to get up to Pender/Wakefield.  We don’t have anything planned out yet for Wednesday afternoon/night or Thursday or Friday yet.  Saturday is the wedding, and Sunday we are getting together with the family at Vicki’s house.  Monday we fly back.  We really aren’t going to be there all that long.  Kinda sucks.  Had I known that Jacob was taking today off, I would have gotten our tickets for this last Saturday instead so that we could have 2 extra days.  DAMN IT!  Oh well… what can ya do?

I got my hair done on Saturday with Rosie.  We finally got the color red that I’ve been wanting for my streaks.  I love my hair again!  LOL  I’ll have pictures soon.  I also got my dress for the wedding.  I love that too.  I’m gonna look smokin’ hot on Saturday!  Here’s a pic of the dress that I got:

I’m not wearing the yellow sash with it.  I’m going to be wearing a black little jacket/scarf thing with it.  Trust me… it’s way cute.  LOL  There will be pictures upon return from the trip.  Maybe before if I upload them while I’m at my mom’s.  =)
