Regular diary-keeping is a good habit, as it allows one to reflect clearly and keeps recollections of past events intact; unscathed by the harsh judge of bias.

After not having posted in so long, it’s probably best that I introduce myself…

My diarist name is Lizzy. I work for a nightclub, and I love doing it. I’m at uni studying PR and Advertising, and I’m a fashion model, though I don’t get so much paid work at the moment.

I live with my mum and my younger brother. My dad is overseas most of the time, so the house doesn’t feel right anymore when he’s home. That’s so tough to type.

I’m a really messy person. One day, my room will be tidy, and my mind will feel equally clear. 

I’m single, and I’m very happy without a boyfriend. Recently I’ve been thinking about dating though. Perhaps I’m almost ready to be with someone… It’s been a couple of years since I wanted someone in my life, and I think it’ll be at least 6 months before that changes. 

I’m going to post daily, or at least weekly. I invite you to ‘favourite’ my diary, or whatever they do on OD these days.
