Flat hunting!

I haven’t been here for ages!!! But I had a very tough time! I didn’t have energy to log in and write….I spent last few weeks looking for a flat.

Everything was not right, I felt like whatever I was doing was wrong. In the middle of searching for a flat I have hit my toe so badly that it got swollen and so painful and could hardly walk. So I was walking slowly, searching for the addresses and meeting the landrods.

The properties I saw were horrible! Once I almost took a flat which was full of dampness and was really unclean. I thought all flats in London are like that and I thought that one was the best…comparing with others. Then I regretted for a few days that I didn’t take another even more damp flat, but cheap and close to the bus stop, I regretted and was even crying scared that I won’t find anything better. At some point I lost faith that I will find something. I spent my free time on the Internet searching for the flats, then in the moment of desperation went to one agency and made a huuuge mistake giving them 60 pounds so they will help me find the flat. Yes, they gave me a few appointments non of them worked out. When I called them next day I couldn’t get in contact with them….not sure how successful I would be if I kept calling but I didn’t. I lost the money and felt like a stupid!

I think it’s a miracle that I have finally found the flat! Very clean and dry and close to the bus stop and station….and the guy made it cheaper as well!!!! Gosh I’m so relieved!The Internet is included too!

I’m moving on Wednesday, so happy!
