Fat Thursday

Today in Poland we celebrate a Fat Thursday which is an equivalent to Shrove Tuesday, but instead of pancakes we eat doughnuts ideally friend at home and also we make faworki which looks like this and I still haven’t decipher the code how to make them apparently is easy my mum makes them so well!

there are very much different in taste from a typical English doughnuts

so today I have to eat some of those 🙂

I’m going to my cousin for a dinner, apparently my niece is waiting for me…she is so funny, because I’m her godmother she asked me if she can call me mum LOL so sweet…in fact it is not the first time she asked me that question.

I’m a bit tired as this week almost every day I’ve been back at home very late, but I want to see them, I miss them so much! and if I have to have a sweet feast today I want to share it with someone:))
