my work

I have nothing speical to do after work, that mean i have many times, so i just join the French course and learn e-piano to "kill" for the time.

For my work, i still work in the same bank, just change for the job nature, for last year, my boss change me to be receptionist in the other level, after 2 months, the boss in this level change me to be a teller, 4 months later, my boss change my job nature again, to be a card custodia in collection counter. You can say that this is a good post as team-work is not important, you only work for yourself(mostly), less pressure as no money need to be count, no more money shortage. The truth is  you the chance you need to communicate with internal staff increase so much. As you need to know where the card is, you need to communicate with card centre, the ATM card dept, the other branch…….

before, i dont need to listen the phone call, but now i need. So when  i serving a customer, the phone ring, should i pick it up?? If yes, how can i concentrate to servce a customer n answer his/her enquire first, If no, i can not sure the phone call is not from my boss, i just wondering how can i  provide good serive and meet the company standard, also not make cusotmer angry.

i just thinking my working place is so ISOLATE, it like one man department, it’s easy to be neglect by others. But in some case, you will be very important—– when there is not enough staff to be work, the manager will come toward me and say " is it possible that you have day off on the other day??" with smily   or staff want to change the day off, i will be the lucky person to be choosen.  For this week, my boss just asked me today, is it possible to have day off on thur, i just want to know why the manager can let 2 person have same day day off?? why dont the manager desin the day off with enough man-power.

i will have my ielts exam on 12-13 july.
