my boss

Today saw a circular, it said the card and PIN will send to customer address rather than collect it at branch, for me, it is not a good news, beacuse, my workload will decrease, how can a big company allow the staff with low productivity??? 

My boss just asked me in the morning, what service or transaction can be done in my collection counter (of coz he know card collection ). i said for the paper-work, like change of address, internet banking, fill in form like tt , si….

After  working hour, my boss told me that i will help the customer to do more paper-work service than before, i said ok, also , told him the thing that i can predict— when i serving a customer who are not collect card, when will i need to provide full service or ask the other staff to help them, as i dont know how many customer are waiting for me?? He said that reception and me will have more communication, so hope it will slove the problem and help the customer in faster way.

I just wondering is it mean that the life of collection counter will end very soon ???
