I suppose I’ve been put on bed rest for this last week before I start my new job. Oddly, yesterday I suffered through the night with 102 degree fever. By the time I got up this morning it was gone but my head/throat still feels funky.

I told new boss that my first day could be the 18th and the find out that’s a holiday so I will start on the 19th. I’m excited. Things are falling into place. This Monday will be my final Monday night at EY and Tuesday is my last evening with the Atown group.

New boss tells me to make a note that I’ll be traveling to Miami in mid-march for work. I told him I just need some notice so I can cover classes. I hope it won’t be a problem but if it is, I guess I’ll cancel. I can’t believe how much my priorities have changed. But when I look back in time my priorities changed when this boss left my old job. So I guess it makes sense. He is a great boss and instills excitement for my job in me.
