Stress Effects
I’m a little worried about myself lately. I think I’m more stressed than I want to admit to myself. Through my whole life I’ve seen the world as a friendly place. I have always given people the benefit of a doubt and I am not afraid of people. I typically am a happy and stress free person.
Lately I’ve found that I’m angry. I’m bitter over things that aren’t worth the energy. I keep worrying something is going to happen to me. I worry when I drive that I’ll get in an accident. I worry on my nighttime walks with Rosie that someone is going to attack me. This is a really strange experience for me.
I need a time-out.

Stress can creep up on you, and it usually happens when you are at your most relaxed. you do your thing to relax you and quieten your mind, whatever it takes, sending hugs xx

*hugs*.. You’ve had a VERY intense year.. the loss of both your beautiful dogs, adopting Rosie, changing careers, the long commute.. it’s not wonder that it’s all catching up to you.

i sometimes go thru short periods of anxiety like that — most time it’s when i’m not getting enough or not getting quality sleep i think … i hope it resolves quickly it’s no fun feeling like that 🙁
