You all are the third to know. My mom and Mich of course are the first to know.

I got the job. They actually are offering me $1K MORE than I asked for. They are giving me three weeks before I need to start. They will pay 100% medical/dental/disability (no cost to me). They are offering $50K life insurance at no cost to me. Two weeks vacation. 15% bonus at the end of the year along with a review and salary increase. 100% match on my 401K, and all the usual holidays. This all comes with two days at home working… my only real sacrifice is that I need to drive about 330 miles a week to the office. That’s the sacrifice I’m willing to make to have this amazing opportunity.

I’ve been reading and seeing a lot of things lately on happiness and how to be and stay happy. It doesn’t really matter where you are or what you do or how much money you make in life. Its all about attitude. I plan to work very very hard to keep my positive happy attitude as I prepare to enter once again into an "office" setting.
