So, OD wasn’t working properly and wasn’t telling me some people had updates. I guess it did that to a lot of people. I was wondering why people were commenting on my second to last entry more than my last one. LOL Weird computer glitch. Make sure you let me know if I missed something.

This past weekend we managed to get Rosie in the car!!! It was a HUGE success. She’s been with us for just over 2 months now and we thought it was about time to give it another try. We took them for a walk around the block first. I parked my car out front of the house, since putting the car in the alley outside of the garage seemed to freak her out. So, we walked up to the car, she saw Amos in the car and didn’t really freak…. but I did have to basically grab her under her armpits and pull her over to the car. Once we got her front feet on the seat, she climbed up on her own! We went to Mich’s sister’s house so she could play with her dogs… plus its a short ride, so that was good. Then after getting her back in the car, we stopped at Mich’s parents house and got her out and then back in again. She did really really well and we are so proud of her! She’s still not going upstairs, but we will let her do that in her own time. Mich has been working with her with marshmellows, enticing her to go on the couch. So far she sits facing the back of the couch and I got her to turn around once.

Tomorrow I work from home and I’ll be making Mich her birthday cake while I’m home. I will have to run out during the day to get her a card. She didn’t give me too many ideas on gifts, but yesterday found out that Motley Crue is playing at the casino 5 minutes from our house in May. They will be there two nights, so she is FREAKING out and will go to both shows. I told her she can go without me. LOL Its general admission and so I’m sure she will camp out all day so she can be the first in to get right up at the stage. She looked into the Meet and Greet, but its $1000, so she decided to pass on it. I told her to really think about it and if she wanted to, I’d give her a few hundred towards it as her gift. LOL She always makes out with such great b-day gifts! LOL

Thursday is her birthday and I have to work in the office, but Friday I work at home again and we will just go out for happy hour drinks and dinner.
