The Apple Doesn’t Fall Far From the Tree

V and I played checkers today. I bought this game probably 13 years ago.

This was the first game where I was letting him win. He is 4 1/2, and he was playing well, but making some careless errors if he was you know 25 um 12.

The next game I didn’t let him win, because I am competitive and I like to win he needs to learn he can’t win them all. He melted down, this was of course nap time if he was at school. So off to bed he went. I knew he needed a nap. He had been cranky since he woke up.

So in case you missed it, I like to win play board games, and so does V. We both get cranky and need naps.

EDIT…OH and I got my Garmin Forerunner 410 today~!~! Woohoo! Now we need to just eat what we have in the house and supplement for a couple of months. :/
