I should update I guess

I’ve not really been in the mood to write lately. It’s strange. But then, there’s not really been too much that’s happened. I haven’t taken any flight lessons yet, which is sorely disappointing, but at the same time my car is permanently broken and I’ve officially started shopping for a new one. I will be talking to my credit union in the next couple of days to see what kinds of things they can finance, if anything, because the car I will eventually buy is going to be, mostly likely, from the 2000 to 2006 model years. I refuse to buy new, and I refuse to pay out the ass. You can find a perfectly decent and reliable car for not that much money at all. Especially if you’re shopping for something like Honda, and even more especially if you won’t buy an automatic, which is exactly what’s going on here.

So that’s interesting, if not exactly exciting. It will be nice to have a new car to drive. I wanted a Mini, but they are expensive to maintain and my understanding is they are hard to work on, so sadly that’s out of the question. But if I can find a nice Honda hatchback, or a Volkwagon, or a Mazda or something, that would be a good compromise I think. There’s a black Honda hatchback I’m looking at currently that is stick shift. The stick is funny, it pokes out of the middle of the dashboard, but I want to test drive it anyway. The funny stick shift might grow on me.  

I’ve bought the new iPhone 5. Did I already talk about that? I don’t know. It replaced the old Palm Pre that I’d had for years. Lightyears of difference. It’s awesome. I love my new phone so much. It has a panoramic camera, which I understand you can also get with the update for the old iPhones. If you have one, update your phone. The panoramic option of great. I went to the San Diego Air and Space Museum the other day and wanted to get a good picture of the Blue Angel they have on display. Panoramic. Amazing.

My diet has gone of the deep end again. I need to get back in the habit of eating healthy.

Bleh. I don’t feel like writing right now.
I hope I get over this. NaNoWriMo is only one month away and I am determined the reach the goal this year! RAWR! They’ve already launched their site for 2012. I have to get out of this slump!
