The One-Armed Hug!

If you’d like to read about he Dru Sjodin case this is the link to the articles in the local newspaper

Have you even given a one-armed hug and wonder why? Why did I not give a two-armed hug? Was I holding something in my other arm? I have asked myself that many time but now I can recall it. No I was not holding anything in my arm to prevent a two-armed hug. Damn it! And why is it such a big deal? I know that answer to that one! I hate one-armed hugs. To me that says “yeah okay if you want a hug I will give you a hug but not a whole hug just a hug enough to pacify you.”

And that is exactly what I did last night but it was not intentional. I could have given a nice hug but it came as a shock to me. TOOMO is worthy of a two-armed hug. I have him named TOOMO for a reason.

I am a huggy person if I want to be. One of my favorite sayings is “if I want you to touch me I will let you know.” I am so weird because I don’t mind hugging the right person but I hate shaking hands. Shaking hands just grosses me out.

Another hand incident ~ TOOMO was checking out “my sister” and it was fine that he touched it just from the top of my hand. I was not quite comfortable when he held my hand to get a better look at it or feel of it.

I am not sure where I planned on going with this entry. I guess the moral of this story is TOOMO is worthy of a two-armed hug.

For now ~ I am off and running like a lunatic so that I can get to work on time.
