Thanks to All
First and foremost I want to thank all of you for your heartfelt condolences. It was quite a shock. Had Dad passed a few years back it would not have been such a surprise. It seemed like he was doctoring constantly then. As of late he had been so good. It just goes to show that we all have a time and place. Dad was showing signs of Alzheimer’s Disease when he went into the nursing home. He would call my nephew by my sons name and not remember that my sister had visited ~ just quirky things like that. I am glad that he did not get into the disease full-fledged. That is so sad!!
I was at work this morning and I started to cry uncontrollably. I thought “where did this come from?” because just out of the blue I am sitting at my desk bawling. Thank God that I was alone. I looked at the clock and it was 11:07 AM. One week since Dad’s funeral and I would imagine at that time last week I was feeling the exact same way. It was weird.
Happy Birthday, Beth. You are the Best…but I can not imagine you taking shots at 10:30 AM for no reason! Sounds like something that we will have to do together if we ever have another class reunion. Oh wait, will the millionaire be able to make it? Hehehe!!!
I am still fighting what I believe has become a sinus infection. If I was not so congested in my nasal passages I would be totally fine. It is actually only my right side that is plugged. I just took some Alka-Seltzer Cold and I am hoping that it helps me sleep.
Since I do have to wake up in the morning I am going to leave this as is and hit the hay.
I’ll join you and Beth in the shot consumption. Lord knows I need them right now. 🙂 – – – –

LOL remember the millionare at our 10th?! Everyone was fussing over him because of his broken leg…something to do with the class photo, I think. That was 15 years ago so I have slight CRS!! hehe Damn girl we’ve been out of school 25 years! Crying is good. It will hurt for a good long time…I promise it gets easier with time. How is sister C doing? I want to send her a card, but need her P.O.Box. I hope you feel better soon. Take some extra zing and if you can stand it eat fresh pineapple. ((hugs))

I still cry once and awhile for both of my parents(mostly mom because she’s just been gone 3 years). It does help to let out your emotions. I hope that you are feeling better from whatever you contracted. My hub has had a lot of sinus infections before. Sometimes he doesn’t know if it’s a cold or an infection. Hang in there!
