I ordered some memory for my computer. I ordered over the Internet so I am hoping that it is a reputable site. S. A. Technologies is where I went. I did read a few reviews and nothing but good was said. I tried to track my order but so far I have been unable to. I will just have to wait and see what happens. I hope that it shows up soon because I am excited to find out if that will make this machine run faster.

When I have to re-new my virus scan I am also ordering a firewall. Nadine was doing a search and came across Xupiter! Ugh! That is the nastiest site for downloading crap onto your computer. Also found out that Sqwire is bad too! It would help if they could tell when it was happening but they don’t and I get loaded down with garbage that is hard to remove. But I learned how to remove it, I just hope that I got it all off now.

Do you know how much Dish Network sucks? It sucks!!! Bad! I am so mad that I switched from Direct TV to Dish Network. I am even madder that I signed up for a year! I have had more trouble with my satellite system in the past two months than I had in over four years. That just goes to show that if it’s not broke don’t fix it. I just wanted to add receivers to two bedrooms. I got tired of the kids arguing about what they want to watch. With three receivers now you would think that the arguing would have stopped. That is not so ~ they still argue about who is watching what in the living room. Oh ugh! Back to the point. We got a bit of a snowstorm Tuesday early in the day and the snow was sticking to the dish. I went out and removed the snow and some ice from the equipment and thought that would take care of the problem. It didn’t I worked for a long time trying to get it to work. I don’t know what I finally did but it all came back. Come next January I am switching back to Direct TV.

Since for the first time ever I plugged the receiver into a phone line we watched a pay-per-view movie. We have done that a few times before but I would order them over the telephone. We watched Secondhand Lion. I enjoyed it so much I watched it a second time since we had an “all day ticket.”

I am the proud owner of a new Bunn coffee maker! I have had one for years up until just a few months ago. I couldn’t handle the waiting forever for a pot of coffee any longer. The spilling was really getting on my nerves too. I could not pour a cup of coffee without spilling due to the design of the spout on the coffeepot. So I went out and bought a Bunn. Oh, it is so great to have one again. When I got home from work I put a pot on to brew, went into the bedroom to put my pajamas on, came back to the kitchen, and my coffee was ready!

I better high tail it to bed! I told the kids that I would take them sledding tomorrow since they are out of school. I got Cocky to switch banking days with me ~ lucky dog only has one drop box ~ so that I can take them. I told them last Sunday that I would take them again this coming Sunday but we have a 4-H function Sunday. Everyone is coming here to make T-shirts for the 4-H basketball tournament. Tomorrow night after work I will have to get some more designs made up. I have a couple for them to choose from but I want to give them more options.

I am done rambling now. It just seems like it has been so long since I updated and I had stuff to say. I am sure that if I wrote anything down I would have had more to yak about. For now I am done!
