First Topic: Moving

Not in any particular order but I will write about the topics that I took note of in a couple of entries back. Now I have more topics to write about. See what happens when you don’t keep up. My eyelids already want to slam shut so I may not get to everything tonight (this morning.)

Moving!

No I have not decided that I am moving although I think about it often. Just packing up my crap and getting on with my life. It seems that I am the only one that is entitled to clean this house ~ and the mess ain’t mine! (My spell check wants me to change that word but I ain’t doing it. I like that word ~ it fits so nicely right there!)

Someone else can take a turn cleaning the damn bathroom. I will not go into the gory details but the mess that gets made in the bathrooms makes me so angry.

Tonight I came home from work and all the Halloween costumes, make-up, and decorations are covering my dining room table and strewn about the dining room floor. What damn sense does that make? So the girls are getting ready for a Halloween dance Wednesday night because they have no school Thursday or Friday. But still ~ common sense would tell them to pick up all that junk because they are just going to get in trouble for making that mess! Damn it anyway!

Okay so I went on a rampage there for a second! Whew I feel better ~ taking deep breaths and releasing them slowly. Calmer, calmer, calmer, calm.

Back to Moving!

Sunday we spent most of the day moving Nadine out of the bedroom that Nadine and Alexa shared and into the bedroom formerly known as Derek’s bedroom. Moving furniture around is not something that Dick or I should be doing ~ me because of my hip and him because of his back but someone had to do it.

Now when Nadine makes a mess of the bedroom she is responsible to clean it up and can not just piss around until Alexa gets it done. Alexa helped us carry mattresses and other assorted items out to the garage. What did Nadine do to help? She sat around and played with the kitties.

I guess that I don’t make it any better because I am more apt to ask Alexa to help me with just about anything because I know that I will get better results than asking Nadine to help. Nadine will help but not willingly and she will piss and moan the whole time. Alexa sucks it up and helps out a lot.

Moving ~ mission accomplished ~ less fighting!
