I am following i am tickled pink in the cookie exchange that she has started. I have to let you know that she started with my most favorite cookie in the world! Snickerdooles! Go check out her recipe!

Butter Pecan Cookies

1 cup butter

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla

1 3/4 cup flour

3/4 cup powdered sugar

1/4 tsp soda

1/4 tsp salt

1 cup chopped pecans.

Cream butter until light and fluffy. Add brown sugar and egg. Beat well. Add vanilla. Stir in flour, powdered sugar, soda, and salt. Mix in pecans. Drop onto cookie sheet 2 inches apart and bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes until lightly browned. Makes 2 dozen.
