Once again Tyler has missed another party day.

I could not go out shopping yesterday afternoon so I brought Wal*Mart into my home. I hope that the kids will be excited! I think that Dick will be more excited. He is not a video game playing person but all he has talked about getting the kids is a Playstation2. So I have figured it out that the kids have gotten him hooked ~ although he would never admit that to me because of all the complaining that he has done. He has complained since day one how Derek should be playing with cars rather than playing video games. Derek should be playing sports rather than video games. Derek should be outside playing rather than playing video games. Dick would go on and on about how bad it was that Derek and I would play Nintendo all the time. His tune has changed and it shocks the heck out of me!

Since I had Wal*Mart in my home I ordered a Playstation2, three games, extra controller, memory card ~ it is the Family Fun Bundle. With the shipping it came to just a tish over $300. I bought Derek a Playstation2 and one game last year for Christmas and I paid about the same price.

I have my eye on a television for Nadine’s bedroom but it would be for everyone. We could move the one from her bedroom to Tyler’s bedroom. Not that he watches much TV in there because it is just the local channels and they are fuzzy. Ah, *light bulb goes on* Another gift for all should be a new satellite system to hook up all the bedrooms or at least two of them!

It is nappy time for me. I am going to get a quick snooze before I have to go to work!
