At First Light

Way back before the creation of existence, the very first breath of our creator happened. Now, when a baby is first born, the very first sound it makes is an unhappy sort of intense crying. I don’t know…but I wonder if God’s first breath was followed by the sort of crying like a new born would make, or, was it something else, like a sigh, or a giggle, or was it the sort of response one makes when one drops a raw egg on the floor by accident – an “oh shit” response. The better part of myself says that the very first breath of existence was a mystical sigh, but the very human part of myself says, no, it had to of been either the screaming newborn sound or the “Oh shit” response. Whatever it was, you and I, we are direct descendants of that very first breath.
