I bow down to Zebbie

Who got their free coffee from Starbucks? I did! And even though they knew I was an adult I was still patronized by the people behind the counter. Damnit.

So, I was expecting an extremely long voting line, but I was in and out within 20 minutes and it would have been shorter if I had done a paper ballot instead of electronic. Oh well. I saw Ben leaving as I was going in. I talked to Alexis briefly (she was working the polls today) and she said there hadn’t been any lines all day. I rode my bike to school today just so that I could go directly to the nearest church after 7th period, but I still made it home before Mollie who has an 8th period. I voted for Obama, btw. Oh wait, my bad- I voted for people who will vote for Obama for me only if the majority of coloradans vote for the same people. Pshh…

I aced my Stats quiz today. Now I have an 89% in the class.

Grace and Alexis want me to go with them to that Rise Against concert. I think I might even though they’re not really one of my favorite bands…

Dad is buying a lock for our laptop. God only knows how he’s going to lock it to our dining room table, but…oh well. The reason? Mollie has been taking it to her room at night and staying up til, like, 2:00 AM. She claims she’s doing homework, but mostly I think she’s talking to this Justin boy. Have I mentioned him? He’s 19 and her latest crush. She drove all the way across town last weekend to hang out with him and his friends who were smoking hookah. Fabulous. She asked me not to tell our parents and I haven’t yet because she said she would, but I’m going to consider breaking that promise if she doesn’t tell them soon.
I told Tom, Eric, and Ryan (kid from Fossil who is now on our team) about this while we were bowling and they were all quick to assure me that Justin is a creeper. Thanks, guys. Still, I’m more inclined to believe them because they’re guys and they should know, right? Gawd, I wish Mollie would just grow up so I wouldn’t have to worry about her.

I wrote all about my voting experience in my entry today. 😛 Yeah, Mollie would definitely rat you out of the tables were turned. Just see how she is with your eating habits! I guess you each worry about each other… *hugs* Tom-

Yeah, he sounds like a creeper. And if she doesn’t tell you should definitely tell. (one of the best things about having siblings: TATTLING)
