Introduction
Hi all.
I am on a mission to better myself one step at a time. I am happily engaged to a man that makes me very happy. I am a mother to my 5-year-old baby boy; he is my motivation to be a better person.
I am currently a student at Institute of Technology (IOT) and I absolutely love it! Of course I have days where I just want to give up, but I keep going and I make it through. I have an amazing teacher and the best classmates you could ask for!
My fiance just proposed in December and, being in school and only working part-time, I am on quite a budget. However, I want to start planning my wedding and I can’t help but think how AMAZING it would be to fit into a dress AND feel beautiful in it. That is why I am here.
I plan on starting the 3 day military diet tomorrow! (therhotonfamily.blogspot.com/2012/08/3-day-military-diet.html) I have never been SO excited to start a diet. Actually I have never really followed a diet. I would always say as long as I am eating better than I was that is progress… but that has gotten me NOWHERE! So IT IS TIME!
Please, if you have anything bad to say about this diet, keep it to yourself. I am not trying to be rude, but I have read over this diet and it really fits me and my needs. I will definitely miss my Starbucks every day, but I don’t have to give it up altogether (yet) and I am really really really excited to start and I would prefer to just not have anyone getting me down about it. So PLEASE only encouraging words! IF I fail (but I wont) then please feel free to throw in your 2 cents, but until then (never) please don’t discourage me about this diet! Thank you 😉
I am SO excited to start losing weight rather than gain!!!
P.S. Sorry about the dull appearance of my diary… Maybe one day I will do a little bit of experimenting to make it a little bit more fun! But right now I have to work and write a speech for class tomorrow!!!
Lots and lots of luck. I have been on a brutal diet plan before and people were very judgemental about it, so I understand how hard it can be to overcome the struggles of the diet as well as all the negativity from those around you. You’ll do an amazing job! Just blog and write about the tough days to help you through it, Lots of love x
