failed already!

Haha, well I guess I could have told you this was going to happen!  I failed the diet.  I am not very good with limiting my food intake so PLAN B!!!

I just found out a girl in my class is a physical fitness trainer!  Another girl, her and I all went for a walk/jog the other day and it KILLED me she had us doing jog one minute and walk one minute.. I didn’t make it the whole 2 miles, but I DO NOT JOG.  Seriously when I jog I feel like my lungs are closing on me and I just can’t breath, but today I really really want to go do it again, but I have to wait till Tuesday.  Currently working on getting my Just Dance for kinect back so I can do a little working out tonight.. don’t want to waste the motivation haha.  Anyway, just wanted to update.  I didn’t want to post before because I was pretty embarassed about failing, but I have not given up lol just need a new approach 😛 Going to try to surround myself with people on the same mission 😀 or, like the girl in my class that is a trainer, people who have succeeded in this.

It’s okay, I don’t know if jogging is necessarily all that great for a back injury anyway. Walking is so much less impact! That’s what I do.

i can dance or walk fast with no issues, the second i try to run, i feel like dying. so i just stopped jogging. 🙂 dancing is good for you and so is walking (as long as your heart rate is up and you are sweating).

That diet sounded like a nightmare. Have you tried something that cuts carbs? This is my second time around… the first time I lose 35lbs, and it wasn’t the diet that failed me then, it was life kicking me in the face. I’m back on the wheel and down almost 10lbs already. It’s much less restricting and torturous as the one you were on. Good luck with jogging! I prefer biking myself. 😉
