The Boys Are Back

I took the following photos three days ago, 8/23/13.

They were taken through two layers of glass; windows and storm windows and a plastic film sealed to the inside window frames. It was early evening with sunset approaching and the sunlight filtering through the trees and leaves was hitting the windows. The double layer of glass and the plastic film somewhat screw up the autofocus on the camera.

This evening there were four in the yard. The buck with the screwed up set of antlers was s not in the group tonight so it was two different deer in the group.

I think I am going to buy a rifle.

If you had a freeze gun you could freeze them and sell them as lawn sculpture.

I’m sure they can be a pain in the ass, but think how lucky you are to be able to see them and take these great photos!

I know people who would pay BIG bucks to get a beautiful trophy like these, not to mention to fill their freezer!! Beautiful. I have no desire to kill one of these boys, but have men in the family that would pee their pants to see so many antlers in one place. lol

I would check first to see if its legal to shoot in your area Hoping you are joking They’re a PITA but so grand and beautiful

Merry Christmas to you and yours, lehper!!

I love the look of your land and deer and oak trees. We had a beautifl oak when I was a child. I have always missed its many colors in fall. Here, there are mostly live oaks. They lose their leaves in spring. In fall, they’re just olld, tattered and dusty looking. Thanks for the note.

I hope you come to the site to see this note before it is taken down. Rich and I would love to keep up with you. I don’t think you’re on Facebook, but our email addresses are: julianne.f.tutko@gmail.com rtutko@hotmail.com I will miss your presence in my life here. (((HUGS))) and much love!
