Made beignets
Yesterday I went looking for beignet recipes online and found several on recipezaar.com. I decided this morning to try out the easiest of the bunch and thus far they taste pretty good and have been really easy to make. 🙂 They’re pretty good 🙂 They aren’t as good as the ones using the cafe du monde mix though.
What are beignets? ryn: Cubs look to be in good shape with the trade. They look like they’ll baby Harden until they get closer to the playoffs. They’ll probably use Gaudin more at first. But I like the trade. Murton, Patterson & Donaldson weren’t going to get much playing time. Gallagher is a good pitcher, but his upside this year isn’t as high as Harden could be towards a championship.

How about the Bulls? Getting the #1 pick was incredible. They are covering Derrick Rose like crazy now on CSN. I never seen the Summer League get this much coverage. lol. Hopefully his knee will be alright, tho. Having an injury this soon is not a good sign for a good Bulls season. Hope this finds you well. Take Care & Go Cubbies. {X}
