Have to find a job I like

Between my last job and my now current job, I realize more and more that I’ve got to find a job I love.  I’ll never be able to handle a job I don’t love day in and day out.  Today was the first day of my new job and while it’s not bad, I don’t want to go back tomorrow.  I’m going back because that’s what you do.  While yes, I want the money….the job sucks and I refuse to live my life working a job that sucks.  So while I’ll continue where I’m at for the next several months, I definitely recognize the necessity of finding a real job – one I can love.

That’s something I’ve played around a lot with in my mind. I don’t know if I’ll ever be happy working. I’m like the guy in Office Space–I just don’t really care for working.

RYN: I totally respect that. Myself, not even sure I *want* kids… Not sure if I had em that it wouldn’t drive me crazy being home 24/7. I do agree with you that kids do better with more parent contact.
