First Day of Work

First day of work went well….though it’s VERY VERY VERY tedious and boring.  I’m definitely hoping to get out of there as soon as possible!  Of course – another person saw my resume on Monster.com and sent me an email AND called my house looking for me.  I returned the call but had to leave a message and I replied back to the email.  So, I’m crossing my fingers.  Right now, my best bet looks to be the receptionist position at the law firm.  That one really impressed me yesterday.   In any case, it’ll be nice tomorrow to be home by 5 or 5:15, instead of 5:45 like today – since tomorrow I’ll be showing up to work from 8-4:30, instead of 8:30-5.  Seriously…fasting and true, earnest prayer works.  I prayed and fasted on Friday for help in finding a job and now I’m having more luck since then than I’d had since May ended.  I have to believe that a real job offer will come from one of these jobs.
