First, why is it that I always know exactly what I want to say in an entry when I’m nowhere near a computer?  As I walking out of work, and then driving home, I knew exactly what I wanted to write in here.  Now that I’m home and writing in here…I’m drawing a big blank.  Well, on some of the things I’m drawing a blank. On others, it just sounds bizarre and dumb as I sit and type it now–even though it sounded great in my head earlier!

Our snow is finally melting.  We’re getting way above freezing during the day and just hovering around freezing at night (well, last night we ended up in the upper teens I think for a low).  Thankfully, it’s melting slowly, rather than quickly with the help of rain.  Our ground is still rather frozen, so melting snow and rain isn’t a good combination.  We are supposed to get some rain later in the week, but hopefully things will be okay for those living around various rivers.  On a related note, I suspect we’ll still have snow around come mid-April.  With all the snow we had, we have some serious snow piles in parking lots and in other places around Madison.  I honestly would not be surprised if we still had remnants of snow piles come May 1st.

In case I have neglected to mention it, my youngest brother is going to be home for Spring Break starting this coming Saturday.  I don’t remember if he goes back the following Friday or Saturday, but in either case I probably won’t see much of him while he’s here.  His girlfriend has school yet (she has a different spring break) so he’ll be over there in the evenings and the weekend…the same time I’m home from work.

On another family related note, I’m going to have the house all to myself from March 26th through the afternoon of Sunday the 30th.  My parents are meeting in Orlando for the weekend 🙂  I’m absolutely going to love it.  I’ve decided that Friday afternoon I’m headed down to Janesville to the church bookstore, and then to my grandparents’ house for a visit 🙂

I can’t think of anything else I wanted to put in this entry…. 😛 I’m sure I’ll think of something later!
