Last Chance Workout.
Ok. So this is what I’m attempting. Its a 30 minute- 6 days a week workout. BUT… you can lose up to 30 pounds in 6 weeks. So I am going to try my BEST to stick with this and hopefully get some results. We are doing a biggest loser contest at work… and though I don’t really care either way if I win. But to keep up with the motivation is what I’m looking for. Also, I am going to set myself up for some rewards…
5 pounds lost=
10 pounds lost=
15 pounds lost=
20 pounds lost=
25 pounds lost=
30 pounds lost=
(Things to think about, because I haven’t come up with any legit rewards just yet! Though… I do have a pair of jeans that I got on sale which happen to be a size smaller than I am now… but I HAD to get them cause they are soo cute and were super cheap… so it would be a reward in itself to get into those!!!:))
I don’t know if I’ll get close to 30, and truth be told, I’d be happy with 10!! So … here’s to HOPING!!!:)
I love that workout!!!! I did it yesterday and woke up sore today, which is a good feeling to me lol =) Good luck on the weightloss and the Biggest Loser challenge at work– have fun with it! Also, I think a rewards system is a great idea– just stay healthy! xox

RYN: My DR allows up to 300mg of caffeine a day, and a 12oz soda has like… 38mg. I didn’t write how much water I drink, so of course it looks like juice, milk, and soda is all I’m consuming. I have a huge bottle of water that goes everywhere with me and is constantly being drank and refilled (in addition to everything else). I’m not concerned about the caffeine, to be honest.

The Last Chance Workout is the one with Jillian Michaels, right? I thought I saw something about this on TV the other day, but I can’t remember. It looks really intense, but at the same time, if you really get into it, I think defintely that weight will totally shread off itself. I think you are definitely highly motivated, Val, and I know you can definitely doing it. I’m totally rootin’ for ..

.. you. I know for a fact that once you are highly motivated and losing the weight, like last year, you can so do it naturally without even thinking about it. So, good luck!! Can’t wait to see the awesomer Val in 30 days. I hope everything is going good with you and Abby! 🙂 Neil
