Ruby was Sabrina Saville, a First Officer with the NSA. She and Brent ‘Turquoise’ McArthur came in here to find the necklace that contains the genetic coding of the RaV–the same necklace that Cpl. Penelope Guinn and Pvt. Sergio Morricone were ordered to find for FEMA. That means that different US agencies are working against each other, purposely, to find the cure.
