Just A Stretch of Mortal Time (WWTW5)

This Past Week in a Word: Rushed.

Overall Feeling – Emotional: Drained.

Overall Feeling – Physical: Energized.

Reading: The Queen’s Fool. Finally.

Watching: The WoW Patch download. Haha.

Listening: Musical mix! I’m kind of proud of it myself.

Song Stuck in My Head: Various musical songs; Forget About The Boy, Written in the Stars, Seasons of Love, No Good Deed, Pure Imagination, What’s This?

Best Meal: Yesterday’s lunch because of it’s kawaiiness.

Website of the Week: Bento Porn

Projects of the Week: Getting back into bento; two socks at a time!; updating various blogs; reading the book for the book club; chocolate covered Halloween pretzels.

Craving of the Week: Pumpkin Spice Blended Crème Frappucino. I finally had one today. It did not live up to the hype in my head.

Not So Cool Things: My weight is not melting away like I figured it would. I need to be more dedicated about a) not drinking soda and b) exercising. My lips are going into “We hate you!” mode again. (This is where they become icky, chapped and painful and I hate them right back. I don’t think anyone else notices, but I always feel like they might as well be neon or something.)

Cool Things: Achievements in WoW! Knitting socks two at a time! BENTO BOX!

New & Improved: Bento supplies. I’ll be cleaning my bathroom tonight, so that’ll be nice, too. And a HUGE improvement, trust me.

Question of the Week: How long can this last?

Big Ideas: Knitting two socks at a time! Bento EVERY day! Using exclamation points for EVERYTHING!

I Felt Most Accomplished When I organized my bento supplies.

To Do For Upcoming Week: Work on Dev’s altered book. Enjoy my weekend without work! Find more interesting bento-able recipes. Get gifts and cards for get-together Sunday. Finish mixed CD and send it out.

Looking Forward To: Bento. Knitting socks.

I don’t know how well it works for just chapped lips, but if your lips get dry and cracked, Neosporin LT (lip treatment) is AMAZING. Heals the cracks, plus has an analgesic so it isn’t all hurty while you’re waiting to get better!

I like reading about your week. It’s fun. It’s kind of cute how WoW and Bento were the theme of the week.

So, you must really like bento eh?

woo bento! 🙂

have you tried blistex (the medicated one in the little blue tub)? i love it. also: diet pop ftw!

ryn: usually with lip balm? I think?

Ryn: Really? I always feel like my cubicle is too cluttered. It’s not disorganized, there is just a lot of stuff. Maybe cluttered is the wrong word? I dunno. I also have a bar fridge underneath and my gym bag. Thanks for the compliment. My mom said the same thing about the yellow one. I normally don’t really like yellowish things either, come to think of it… I’ve got them up on E-bay. No bites so far. I’ll put them on etsy if they don’t sell on ebay and if they don’t sell on etsy I’ll see if my friend Jennifer will sell them for me in her shoe store. Also. I’m totally obsessed with getting a bento box now! But I think I’m going to try to hit pacific place mall (the chinese malls) to see if I can find one I like that I don’t have to pay shipping on.

I didn’t get to come back last night and look at your bento box because I didn’t turn my computer on due to…well read my entry. ;op I imagine your question of the week is realted to the emotional drain? I hope it all works out for you. *hugs* ~jo

I’ve been craving a Dairy Queen Blizzard for three weeks now, and I have not found opportunity to get it yet. Argh.

ryn: I have one more round in a higher dose; if i decide to use that, it will be the same as this month. After that, I’d have to buy meds from mexico or go back to the doctor and hope for the best.

ryn: Oh, it’s the Test of Visual Perception Skills and it’s the third edition of the test. :o) Sorry, the “skills” part is kind of implied as known when in the field, and sometimes it’s easy to forgot that not everyone is in the field.~jo
