Work out.

 
My muscles are shaking. I up’d my workout. Less than two weeks until Mexico, and I’m not expecting any miracles, but, I’m starting to notice the weight loss, and muscle definition returning. Yay! I’ve made great progress, considering I wasn’t expecting to notice  changes for a while yet.

I think about working out, all the time, I keep a 20lb kettlebell by the TV, in case I want to do some squats while watching T.V

Kettlebell workouts are INTENSE, but it works. I love the kettlebell as opposed to traditional weights. 

Anyways, I’m not doing this for Mexico, I’m doing it for me. I wanted to be in great shape by my birthday/Miami 🙂 Then it’s shopping time!!

My new fave post workout snack – Cottage cheese; raspberries, blueberries and agave nectar.

I could drizzle agave nectar on everything.

As far as yesterday is concerned,  things are better today. Feels more normal. We will start with the real baby making in October. I’m cool with that. But this morning’s practice session was still fun 😉

Pre-vacation spa treatments are booked, and Sam and I booked our massages for the Trip also. I got the confirmation email today. 

So excited! I can almost feel the sun on my skin, if it weren’t for all this g-damn snow!!
