What’s Your Moral Standing? Serious Survey

1) Is Abortion Wrong? Yes, in some cases.  If the family or woman in question has the means and the financial ability to care for the child, then aborting it is absolute murder.  I mean, if lawyers in car accident cases want to press that this pregnant woman’s unborn child was murdered, and they’re seeing it as a seperate person, why don’t we see it as a seperate person where abortion is involved?

2) Is Birth Control Wrong? No, because that’s simply taking the precaution before it becomes a question of abortion or not.  Yet, too many people still believe that 99,5% means that they will never get pregnant.

3) Do Animals Have Rights? Damn straight.  Anyone who says that animals don’t feel anything has never owned a pet and seen the affection of one.

4) Is Drinking Alcohol Wrong? Not in all cases, but excessively, heck yeah.

5) Is Having a Tattoo Wrong?  I don’t believe so.  I believe in treating our bodies with respect, but if someone wants a respectful, (or really cool looking) tattoo, they should have that right.

6) Is Having a Body Piercing Wrong?  No.  I personally, wouldn’t get anymore than my ears pierced, though.  But some of those piercings just look weird.  I mean, coe on.  Through the middle part of your nose?  That’s like saying, “Hey, attach a rope to me, I’m a bull!”

7) Is Celebrating Somebodys Birthday Wrong? Heck, no!  I love throwing surprise parties for my friends!

8) Is Homosexuality/Bisexuality Wrong? Wrong, not necessarily.  Grossly uninformed, yes.  Frankly, I think the only reason bisexuality exists is because there are some people who are just way too horny.  And homosexuality?  That’s a symptom of another underlying psychological disorder.  Homosexuality was actually on a list of treatable things by psycholoists, but I guess because of the rise in “gay rights” and all that, it was taken off about ten years ago.  And it shouldn’t have been.  I mean, Rosie O’Donnell: gay.  Also suffers from severe depression.  Elton John: gay.  Was committed to a center in Chicago or someplace like that because of his addiction to drugs, alcohol, and shopping.  (Shopping, of all things…)  Those are just two examples, but that doesn’t strike people as a warning sign?  Because there are other examples I can name, too.  Most, if not all homosexual people either have depression issues, some form of addiction, a chemical imbalance in their head, or something horrible happened to them, like they were raped.  I mean, if a woman who was straight, is raped by a man and then says afterward that she is gay, shouldn’t that give a clue that the woman is not over the fact that she was raped and it left her with permanent emotional/mental scars?

9) Is the Death Penalty Wrong? I think it is.  A) what happens if you got the wrong guy?  And B) you’re giving the death penalty to someone who committed murder.  Guess what?  You’re as bad as the criminal.  And C) “Some who live deserve death.  And many who die deserve life.  Can yougive it to them?”  I don’t think we should be playing od with people’s lives.  We should not be living in a society where in some states, the policeman’s motto is: “Kill ’em all and let God sort ’em out.”

10) Is it Ever Okay to Tell a Lie? I hate lies.  So, I’m gonna say no.

11) Is Corporal Punishment for Criminals Wrong? I’m not sure what corporal punishment is…

12) Is Spanking Children Wrong? I don’t think so, but I think that parents should learn how to do it so it doesn;t actually hurt the child.  It’s just an element of surprise.

13) Should Corporal Punishment be Allowed in Schools? Well, not knowing what it is…

14) Is it Wrong to Skip Church Occasionally if You Dont Feel Like Going? I believe in God, and have my beliefs and stuff like that, but I refuse to attend the church I used to because of their close-minded views and gossipy natures among the women.  I think that if someone’s belief is really truly there, then they don;t need to go to a building each week and show it off.

15) Should Christians Teach Their Children About Santa Claus? Definitely.

16) Should People Read/Study The Bible Regularly?  Regularly?  Only if they honestly like to, or are studying to become a priest, or nun, or whatever.  I don’t know.  I’ve read bits and pieces, but honestly, I don’t know if I believe everything that’s in it.  I’m not gonna say the stuff is wrong, but I think people have to come to their own conclusions about what to believe.

17) Is Female Church Leadership Always Wrong? Definitely not.  I think there should be women leaders in church.  Why shouldn;t there be female pastors and the like? 

18) Should Non-Traditional Music Be Allowed in Church? As long as it’s in good taste, I think all different types of music should be allowed in church.  Besides, it keeps people awake.  Lol.

19) Is The Theory of Evolution Wrong?</STRONG> No.  Despite what a lot of people say, evolution and creationism work hand in hand.  Neither one is completely religion, or completely science.  Because tell me something about creation: when did it say how long those seven days were to God?  Or when those seven days were?  How do we know they were consecutive days?  Plus, there’s a plus for creation over evolution.  If we evolved from monkeys, why are there still monkeys?

20) Should The Theory of Evolution be Taught in Schools? Yes.  Evolution happens, and is still happening in society and nature.  It’s not something that can be ignored.

21) Is Sex Before Marriage Wrong? Yes.  Sex is supposed to represent the unity of two souls bonding on their wedding night.  The white dress is supposed to represent the virginity of the bride.  You’ve had sex before marriage?  Then don’t wear a white dress.

22) Is Un-chaperoned Dating Wrong? No.

23) Is Divorce For Reasons Other Than Adultery Wrong? No.  I hate that I believe it’s Catholism believes that people should stay together, no matter what.  I mean, if someone’s feelings have changed, and it’s not a happy relationship, and it’s just going to cause problems for yourself and your kids, then yeah, get out of it.

24) Should Divorced People be Allowed to Remarry? Yes.  If they find true love, they should be able to be with that person.

25) Should Women Always Wear Traditionally Feminine Clothes? Heck, no.  I personally love going out in jeans, a flannel shirt, and a cowboy hat.  Yee-haw!  Lol.

26) Should Women be Submissive in Marriage? Not unless the men will be submissive, too.

27) Is it Wrong For Mothers to Work Outside of Home? Heck, no.

28) Should Women Primarily be Homemakers? God, no!!  Women, should they choose to, should be able to pick any career they want.

29) Can Watching Television be Damaging to children? Definitely.  I mean, they’ll cancel a show like Touched by an Angel, that actually teaches morals and stuff like that, but they leave on ones where people are getting raped, murdered, executed, and the only curse words that aren;t allowed on TV right now, (and I’m sure that’s only a matter of time,) are Sh*t and F*ck.  I don’t care if you don’t think that cursing is wrong, NO kid should be saying words like that.

30) Is Euthanasia Wrong? It depends.

31) Is Suicide Wrong? Yes, I think it is.  I think everyone has something to live for and should strive for that.  But if the person is going to die, and it literally is only a matter of time, they should have the choice.  I mean, that’s one thing I don’t understand.  When Rusty was diagnosed with cancer, we brought him home for two dasy, and had him put to sleep because otherwise we would have been watching him slowly starve to death.  If he was a peron, he would’ve been hooked up to an IV and in a hospital bed, unable to do much of anything.  Why are we able to grant death to animals to stop their suffering, but not able to grant that to ourselves or someone else in the same position?

32) Is Gambling Always Wrong? If you have a gambling poblem and know it, then yes.&

nbsp; If you can be arrested because you’re gambling on something, then yes.  Otherwise, I don’t think so.

33) Is Halloween Wrong? Heck, no.  I love Halloween!!!

34) Is Gossiping Always Wrong? It can give information, but almost always secondhand info.  I don’t think it’s right, though.  Gossipy, stupid hens are part of the reason I won;t go back to that church.

35) Is it The Husbands Job to Provide For His Household? Not always.  I think husband and wife should share the responsibility.

36) Is Nakedness Always Wrong? No, not always.  I mean, honestly, there are some people you just don;t wanna see naked, but it shouldn;t be something we’re all afraid of.  Everyone’s naked underneath the clothes.

37) Is Pornography Always Wrong? Always?  No.  But honestly, I don’t understand how people think that two others having sex or doing oral, or whatever is so entertaining.  But child pornography is absolutely despicable.

38) Is Society Getting More Immoral?  Definitely.
