Theme Of The Week
If you saw a car accident and stopped to help and the accident victims where your spouse and his/her lover, who is also your best friend, which one would you save if you could only save one, and why?
First off, let me say that the best friend in question would be Dolly and I know she would never do something like what is described in this situation, either to me or to her husband.
But as far as this theme, as pissed as I’d be, as hurt as I’d be to see and discover something like that, I’d save Dolly. She’s my best friend, and has been my best friend for almost thirty years. Even if I never wanted to speak to her again after a discovery of that magnitude, I couldn’t wish her dead or just let her die.
What a screwy theme. Damn.

Oh, man. Oh, man, that is so screwed up. I’m all for “chicks before dicks,” but in my case that would be you & my husband. While I know in r.l. that’d never happen because you & Zeb are too not a**hatty enough to do something that screwed up, I don’t think I could save one over the other. Even if Zeb cheated on me, we have som much that’s amazing & good between us–so many years, children….

…happy memories. I could forgive it. And you & I have had a lifetime of love & laughs, & fights, & boyfriend swapping; there’s also nothing I couldn’t forgive you for. I couldn’t let either of you go. So my answer to this question is that I would save you both or die trying.
