Jason’s Twelve Days Of Christmas

Twelve Days Of Christmas

On the first day of Christmas,
My true love gave to me:
A partridge in a pear tree.

(and where I come in after Jason trailed off,)

“And a partridge living alon!”

Today was interesting.  I went over to the bank to get the American equivalent of the twenty that Andy sent me to pay me back for the elf ears I got him.  So, I got that, and also decided to get some info on checking/savings accounts.

Well, I found out that the most basic savings account can be opened by the small sum of ten dollars.  So, I went with that and opened my own savings account.  An ATM card is being sent to me, so I’ll have that, and soon, I’ll be going for a credit card.

Okay, I *might* be going for a credit card sooner than I thought.  I got mailed a preapproved credit card application from Capital One.  Sharon, someone I work with, got one of them, and she’s been happy with it so far.  So, maybe I’ll talk to her when I can about any details, if she can give them.  I mean, considering what I want to do for Mike’s birthday, I’d rather have a credit card, and if I can get one soon, I’ll do it, assuming it is as good as it sounds.  Which things rarely are.

::Sighs::

One week till the one year anniversary when Rusty died . . .  And something like three or four days till when things with Jason were solved, (for that situation,) back then.  Not everything about that week was bad . . .  I mean, I hated that things went so weird between us, but the end result was . . . ::Sighs happily::  Wow.  To say the least.  Wow.

I wonder how many other movies I could think of that he hasn’t seen.  I wonder if he’s sen Return of the King yet.  Heh . . .  I still haven’t watched Moulin Rouge.  I don’t know.  I don’t really want to.  Not until I can see it with him.

Which, I’m well-aware, may mean I’ll never see the damn movie.

I love this song.  I remember when I was a kid, I’d try to sing the entire last verse in one breath, while jumping on my trampoline.  Yeah.  I was a weird kid.

Oh, once I get some pictures of it with the camera I nabbed from my mom, I’ll post those blinking lights around the neighbor’s window in here.  Jason didn’t get to see them last year.

I hope he gets to see them this year . . .  If he ever looks at this thing.
