Gah!!! Stupid Adult-ness . . .

On the upside, we’re just about approved for the apartment in Wichita.  It’s on the East Side, (yeah, how New York does that sound?) and it’s right near a mall and a da-da-da-DA! Barnes and Noble!!!  Not to mention the Borders bookstore that’s down the street, and the Best Buy, and the Blockbuster, and the DAVID’S BRIDAL!  I have definitely found my style of wedding dress and I got a picture of me in one with my digi-camera, so I’m definitely loving that.

The job situation looks semi-promising, too.  I’m going back to a store in the mall on Tuesday, so hopefully I’ll not only get the interview, but be hired as well.  Then it’ll just be a matter of Rob getting a job, which looks semi-promising at this one where he filled out a computer application.

I figure we’ll stay in Wichita for a year, in other words until around January/February of ’08, then we’ll come back to New Jersey.  It’s still perfect.  We’ll be here for Dolly’s wedding and we’ll be back in Jersey for Melanie’s, as well as to plan our own.  Plus, Rob’ll be able to go through those H&R Block classes before we come back and with any luck, he can transfer to the one in New Jersey and we’ll be set!

Wish us luck!  Kimberly, I haven’t gotten the letter out yet, but I will.  I’ll send it with a couple of other things that are going out in the next few days.
