Entry 808 – Maybe I’m Crazy, But If This Works…

Lol, okay let me clear up something.  Melanie’s boyfriend, Matt, works at the Multiplex and we were just going and visiting him for a bit.  Me and Rob haven’t seen a movie theater movie together yet.  (And don’t be fooled by the popcorn, he just wanted to buy some, cuz he loves Multiplex popcorn.)

Anyway, relating to the title is this: All of that meditation talk that I’ve been coming up with recently and relating it to the seizures Rob has has culminated in one simple thing.  At one point, he was telling me about some kind of microchip that doctors can literally place at the seizure activity part of the brain.  When that happens, if I understood correctly, when a seizure begins to happen, an electrical charge goes out from said chip, and the seizure is stopped before it reaches the rest of a person’s body.

Well, I was looking on an epilepsy website and found that my theories concerning meditation have already been thought of as a complementary form of treatment.  But that means that I still am onto something.  Because here’s a simple question: what if meditation could be used to help someone break through their seizures?

I definitely wanna see how much more I can learn about this, but as I said, if this works . . .
