Dear You:

You know, I admit, I wished for him to see what it was like.  Always coming in second, or not being a priority at all, because that’s what he did to me.  But you know what?  Frankly, you suck.  He’s been there for you for YEARS at this point.  Giving you advice, helping you with your problems, even basically financially supporting you recently.  And what do you do?  You turn around and help financially ruin him!  Then, after he FORGIVES you for that, not only do you not uphold your agreement to pay him back, you deliberately refuse to do anything of the sort, because you need the money for your own excursions!

Yes, I think he’s an idiot for even giving you the time of day now, but I also understand his reasons.  At the same time, I can’t believe that someone who claims to value him so much would turn around and treat him so crappily.  I mean, seriously.  Are you THAT shallow, flighty, and immature that you can’t appreciate what you have in front of you?  Even if nothing happens romantically, man up and act like the friend you’re supposed to be!

Yeah, I wished he’d know how it felt to always come in second.  To always have something be more important.  But you know what?  It sucks to see.  And honestly, I can’t wait till the day he decides to walk away from you.
